Hi Caitlin, I’m not sure if you remember me, but I came to you once for sciatica. It went away after that session so I didn’t have to come back! Now I’d love to see what else can be helped.

The Gems I Value:

Embracing a wholehearted life free of drama and burnout requires taking time for yourself. Through my work as a healing mentor and craniosacral practitioner, I have created simple steps and daily rituals for clients to rest and learn how to cultivate calm internally- to set aside daily retreats.

Joy can often be one of the most difficult emotions for us to access, especially when depression has been an overbearing visitor. Too many of us are overwhelmed or out of touch with the inner spark within us. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma. Maybe there’s the grief of a loss that hasn’t been integrated yet. Whatever is arising, the craniosacral touch can be so powerful, releasing the “feel-good” endorphins, settling the nervous system to clear depression, unwinding restrictions in our tissues to free our energy and ease blockages keeping us in stress mode. We are a touch deprived society. Through my somatic (body-centered) work, perceptual awareness (intuition), biodynamic practices, and meditation, I offer transformative practices to help clients increase their happiness, pleasure, and gratitude. This alone, can shift our energy tenfold.

I love love in all its beautiful forms and offer unconditional love and support for people from all walks of life. I hold space for clients through heartache, tragedy, miscarriages, and illness. I support women through trauma and emotional journeys, including those involving abortion and sexual trauma. My training as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist combined with my years living as a woman gives me the empathic understanding that so strongly supports my work in deepening how each client returns to her (or his) sense of health and wholeness within. I see everyone as healthy, whole, and free.

Creativity is the heartbeat of vision and purpose when creating meaning (and healing) in our lives. I’m a major advocate for creativity as daily rituals for mindfulness.  I worked for over 8 years in creative fields - from design to photography (yes, this website is my little project). I truly believe everyone is creative. When we drop expectations and harsh critique, we can open ourselves to true self-expression. Every day, we make creative choices: getting dressed in the morning, putting pen to paper on a post-it, brainstorming, humming a tune, cooking and arranging the dinner plate. We all have our own creative flair to add to the beauty we see. I help clients see what self-expression is their stress-buster and window to the soul- maybe it’s getting covered in paint... or writing a story… or sewing a quilt… or rearranging your living room... or creating a blog for your business or passion… so many options to discover what lights you up. Whatever gets you feeling connected and alive is the creative outlet needed for greater wellbeing.

My Background

Since a young age, I've always had a fascination with natural medicine, transformative healing, and meditation. I've been an avid student of yoga and meditation for over 10 years, and after creating a radically new lifestyle based on wellness in my early 20's and seeing amazing changes, I became inspired to devote my career path to helping others reclaim their health with more love and purpose in life.

If you'd like to know more about me, read about my journey.

I’m a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and graduate of The Pacific School of Biodynamic Integration with over 3000 hours of holistic education - 700 hours specific to craniosacral work. I received my training as a health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I studied dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with wellness and health experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

I'm licensed in the state of California (LMP #49494), and hold numerous certifications in yoga. I attended graduate studies in nutrition, herbs, and Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University with additional training in essential oil therapeutics, flower essences, Ayurvedic bodywork, and nutritional therapy with some of the top herbalists and naturopathic doctors in the world.

With a strong intention for building a community of wellness, I’ve led and assisted several retreats, given talks and workshops throughout California, and continue to mentor new practitioners.  I have organized meditation groups, and garden committees, as well as volunteered as a yoga teacher for homeless shelters, children’s art organizations, and local fundraising events.
