Learn to listen to the deep healing wisdom of your body.

And move through challenges and trauma with greater ease.

If you feel called to come in for guidance and hands-on healing, I offer the following one-on-one services, mostly in Solvang and Santa Barbara, CA (I go to LA once a month-please request if you prefer).

I also offer distance sessions; if there are none on the schedule you can email me here to get on the waiting list.

Whichever session you chose, we're going to follow the wisdom of your body.

Don't be overwhelmed by selecting the kind of appointment you would like; simply schedule and we’ll figure it out together when you come into the office for your appointment.

Restorative Healing Sessions for Women

These sessions are longer, more integrative than the craniosacral sessions, and intuitively-designed specifically for women looking to retreat into wholeness while unraveling tension.

Working with receptivity, rhythmic rocking, breath, and flow of movement to nurture and witness the body's wisdom and underlying forces of healing and wholeness.

I work with the body and give space to unwind and return stuck experiences, emotions, and patterned restrictions back into the flow of life force through the body.

My focus is reconnecting your whole being into the flow of life through the natural rhythms of the body.

If you're waking up tired, stressed, confused, anxious, worried or tense, this is a great way to be nurtured on many levels so you can let go of "holding it together."

If you want to release stuck emotion and old stories, this is a great way to honor your body's messages and use the session as self-care ritual to connect to your deepest self.

If you feel disconnected or numb in places and want to awaken your capacity to connect throughout your whole body, this is a great way to listen more fully to what your body's wisdom is sharing with you.

And if you just want a soothing bodywork session with a woman who is sensitive, skilled at listening, and intuitive, then that's a darn good reason too.

Note: Due to the immersive nature of these sessions, there are limited spots offered two weeks each month at the Solvang office only.

What to expect: Sessions are either 1.5 hours or 2 hours. We begin with dialogue about where you're at and a guided grounding ritual. We'll tailor the session to your needs on that day. The room is lit with low lighting, soft music of your choice, and gentle aromatherapy (unless you prefer none). You have choice of remaining fully clothed or disrobing for more oil massage.

What to wear: either comfortable clothing that you can move in and/or underwear or undergarments that you don't mind getting oily. You're welcome to get completely naked if you feel comfortable.

Where: Solvang office on Mission Drive (directions and address given upon booking)

Cost: 1.5 hr $165  |  2 hr $200

Before: Try not to eat or drink much in the hour before session. Light snacks and water are best.

After: Drink plenty of water, take the time to continue to rest and "retreat" within to receive the full benefits of your session.

How to book: Please fill out the form here with the length of session you desire and which day works best for you.
