Want a yoga practice that enables you to move and feel better in all of the things you love to do?

Living Movement goes beyond a traditional yoga practice to create whole body movement and deep self-understanding. No matter the style of yoga you may practice or the fitness activities you do, understanding how your body works and moves is your key to lasting health and vitality.

What does a typical class look like? 

Living Movement is built upon a foundation of mindful movement. You will find yourself exploring the difference between flexibility and mobility. You will feel in your body how stabilizing your joints creates a whole new level of strength. You will discover how to address and change your everyday (and even lifetime) postural habits that have snuck into your yoga practice, creating a whole new feeling of freedom in your body.

When you move your body the way it is designed to move, you will improve:

As this is a class located in a community building, please bring your own yoga mat and props. Recommended props are yoga block, strap, blanket and bolster. There will be a limited number of extra props to use. Please let me know if you'll be needing to use.

If you don't already have these props, you will still enjoy the class! It is worth the investment to invest in your own props as you can take your practice home with you to receive more benefits. Don't wait until you are in a yoga class to do yoga!
